Le squadre giocano una normale partita 6 contro 6 più portieri in uno spazio delimitato a scelta (freccie nere). Al fischio/segnale dell’allenatore, il portiere della squadra che sta difendendo mette in gioco un 2° pallone cercando i compagni più lontani. La squadra che era in possesso deve attaccare la “2a palla” e ritrovare il possesso palla con attenzione alla copertura degli spazi (freccie rosse).
