SVOLGIMENTO: Due squadre di sei giocatori ciascuna (cinque + il portiere) giocano una partita in uno spazio riconducibile ad una metà campo; i tre giocatori rossi A, B e C sono sempre in aiuto alla squadra in possesso.

I giocatori sono posizionati in campo secondo il sistema di gioco che prevede il reparto difensivo a 5 giocatori; i tre jolly sono quindi i centrocampisti di entrambe le squadre in situazione di possesso palla.

I portieri iniziano sempre l’azione alternativamente qualsiasi sia lo sviluppo e la conclusione di quella precedente.

In questo modo tutti i giocatori delle due squadre devono costantemente attaccare in superiorità numerica e difendere in inferiorità e giocare in situazioni in continua transizione.

SEQUENCE: Two teams of six players each (five + the goalkeeper) are playing a game in a mid-field space; the three red players A, B and C always support the team in possession.

All the players are placed on the field following the system of play with 5 defenders; the three free players are the midfielders of both teams when they’re in possession.

The goalkeepers always start the move whatever are the development and the end of the previous one.

In this way all the players of both teams must constantly attack overnumbered and defend outnumbered; they always play in constant transitions.
